The platform features an intuitive parallax design that guides users through curated service upgrades—from healthy dining options and forgotten essentials to wellness amenities—while integrating social components that allow Hyatt to listen and adapt to guest feedback in real-time.

Social Execution

By extending the conversation to social platforms, the campaign invited female travelers to share their personal insights, ensuring the brand’s offerings were driven by the community they aimed to serve.
